General Description
The Ideas Store exists to provide ideas for the global library field, by the global library field. Many Ideas1 are the result of group discussions, between members of IFLA’s Sections, or from regional and national workshops. Others come from the combination of complementary Ideas, or have been edited for clarity and ease of understanding.
As a result, Ideas are presented with an indication of the regions or sections that have provided them, but without a specific contributor’s name attached. Anyone re-using Ideas from the Ideas Store is asked to attribute IFLA. We are nonetheless keen to recognise the people who have offered their time, energy, and imagination. We encourage contributors to give permission for their names to be featured on the Wall of Fame. However, if you are not happy for your Idea to be featured without your name, please make use of our notice and takedown form.
1. We consider Ideas to include all of the texts, images and data, as submitted by participants in the IFLA Global Vision to the Ideas Store.
